Returns and Exchanges

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO 

1. We ship worldwide from sunny Southern California, USA.  
2. All orders are shipped via UPS standard delivery Monday-Friday during normal business hours. 
3. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email.
4. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days.
5. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking and shopping notifications email.
6. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping within the USA and 7-14 business days for international orders.
7. We offer express options for an additional cost.  
8. Kasey Blue takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
9. Free shipping for domestic orders over $250.  

OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Item(s) must be retuned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
2. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.

HOW DO I RETURN AND ITEM?

1. Email returns@kaseyblue.com
2. Include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email and the information on the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.  
3. We will respond to your email within 2 business days and provide you with a return form and necessary instructions.  
4. All returns/exchanges/credits will take two days to process once we receive the item(s.)
5. All returns and exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
